It is located in Tsuen Wan West, where the factory of South Sea Textile Manufacturing Company Limited was formerly located until the 1980s. In 1979 and 1982, CK Group, Wheelock Properties and Jardine Matheson bought the land parcels of the current site for commercial and residential redevelopment.
