Surveyor – General Practice
Responsibilities:
- Buy-side and Sell-side Transaction Support
- Pitching and Business Development
- Financial Analysis and Modelling
- Information and Systems Management
Requirement:
- Full membership in HKIS or RICS (MHKIS/MRICS)
- At least one year of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in capital markets and/or commercial valuation preferred
- Deep knowledge of commercial real estate valuation methods and cashflow modelling
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, confident with senior stakeholders and clients.
2026 Graduate Program
