Valuation is conducted by processing thousands of transaction records, with our database containing entries dating back to 1991. The dataset is thoroughly analyzed by our data analysts and carefully sorted according to various attributes. Adjustments are applied for factors such as time index, property age, amenities, and other unique conditions. This is followed by the formulation of equations, including hedonic models and regression analyses. Once preliminary results are generated, they are rigorously tested using scientific methods to validate the outcomes, ensuring accurate and reliable valuation results.

The interactive valuation models are computed in the browser and displayed within WordPress. For each valuation, the calculator generates a JavaScript function that analyzes your input to determine the best-fitting result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
