Our Company Telford Consultancy is a specialist real estate analytics and valuation consultancy established in 2025. We focus exclusively on Telford Gardens in Kowloon Bay, a landmark private residential estate directly connected to Kowloon Bay MTR Station. Our goal is to deliver an interactive, transparent, and data-driven valuation platform for public use, and we are pleased to have recently launched our new Valuation Tool for Telford Gardens.
